The idea
Curiosity rarely travels in a straight line. Begin with one subject and follow the places, people, and moments connected to it.
Serendip is the old name behind the word “serendipity”, the finding of things you were not looking for.
Each stop offers two routes, each labeled Where, Who or When. Each turn opens another door, and your trail stays on your device so you can return to it.
Where
A location, nearby place, visit or geographical setting.
Who
A personal relationship, creator, collaborator or documented influence.
When
A shared event, a meaningful overlap, or a chronological coincidence, labeled as one.
Sources and credits
Each topic and connection cites external sources, and every image has its own creator credit, source and rights information.
The topic descriptions and connection explanations are written by AI models as summaries and syntheses based on those sources, not as verbatim reproductions of the source pages. AI-written text can contain errors, so the references are always there to consult. Every piece of information comes from cited sources and is checked by AI reviewers, human reviewers, or both.
On iPhone and iPad
